While MIchelle's sister took our younger four sledding in our back yard, Michelle, Claire, and I went to a Step class at Golds. There were several women in the class who hadn't seen her in several months and were happy to see her "hangin' in there" and still kickin' butt at the class.
Undid the workout benefits by taking the 8 of us for lunch at "Five Guys" burgers for the first time. It opened in Nashua a couple of months ago. Now we're wrapping up a string of candlepin bowling at Leda Lanes.
One last set of stops on the way home from bowling. The little ones get Jr. Frostys from Wendys. The rest of us got foo-foo coffees from (related link) . In my case an eggnog latte. In Claire's case a cherry cordial iced latte. Yes, I've been kicked out of the he-man coffee drinkers club.
Downloading "Pete's Dragon" for the boys. I think I was their age when I saw it in the movie theater.
I'd been having trouble with Kinoma Player, one of the two main media players on my phone. Then I selected check for update and it seamlessly installed an update. Now it's working again on my ancient Palm Centro. Happy that the authors didn't abandon this app.
Finally started reading "Good News, Bad New" (related link) I was interested in it because it looks at how a tiny little upstart religion spread through the pagan Roman empire. It made me interested in the Epistle of Diognetus (related link) so I skimmed that a bit too. Now time to put the boys to bed...
