Vacation Day

Posted by Scott at 11:59 PM

Good morning! I just finished clearing off the driveway again. Just a bit of overnight snow. I'm going to enjoy today with the kids and take a vacation day today as they all return to school next week. It's only expected to get to ~34°F today. And tonight? “ice pellets and a chance of snow.” Oh joy! 7:44am

Sandra Fluke (Law student at Georgetown University) said at a Congressional hearing that women in her school are having so much sex, they’re going broke buying contraceptives. Who would've thought of Georgetown was such a party school?? Her parents must be so proud. 9:58am

Took Michelle and the boys for lunch at Cafe on the Oval. Then we went to the Nashua YMCA to go swimming. On the way home we stopped at Wendy's for Jr. Frosty's for the boys and A&E Coffee for Michelle and me. 3:25pm

Dropped Timothy off at his piano lesson. I had a partial repeat of the other day in that I had the other headlight burn out just as I backed down our driveway. As soon as we arrived at his lesson, I changed the bulb in the parking lot while he started his lesson. 4:38pm

From there I head up to Manchester and brought the girls back home from their winter break up in Belmont, NH. They had lots of stories to share on the drive home. Now I'm enjoying dinner with Michelle at the Pasta Loft. 6:38pm

Enjoyed our dinner date. I had eggplant parm and Michelle had cheese ravioli and shrimp. Good night all! 8:00pm

“Jesus said to his disciples:
‘I tell you,
unless your righteousness surpasses that
of the scribes and Pharisees,
you will not enter into the Kingdom of heaven.’ ”
