Good morning! I dropped the girls off and had a bit of a sluggish drive into work. I had my 1st Jetta fill up in ~6 weeks. ;-] I also got stuck behind a school bus for a few miles east of Groton. 'Dems da breaks. The big item later today: Claire's frenectomy before her braces come off next week. 9:00am

Went with the other graphics guys from the site to Bamboo Gourmet for a going away lunch for my teammate. Now have a metric ton of conference calls this afternoon/evening. 1:43pm

Left the office early to catch a 2 hour conference call that started at 4pm. Enjoyed catching up with my mom and dad during the drive and listened to more of The Odyssey once out of cellular range. After this call wraps up, I have another 2 hour call at 6pm. So no, I didn't want to be leaving the office at 8pm. 5:44pm

It's always a bit of a nerdgasm when I see the mobile technology roadmaps for the next few years. CPU Cores, GPUs, audio, video, power, etc. 6:34pm

Just wrapped up my work week with an extended tutorial on OpenCL. It's barely on desktop machines but even harder to believe we'll soon see it in cell phones. 8:06pm

Since "Whip my Hair" (related link) was #1 on iTunes, thought I'd check it out. Hope never to hear it again... 9:31pm

After watching a few YouTube videos with Claire, I'm settling down for Dr. Who: "Tooth & Claw". G'night all! 10:11pm
