Had a smooth drive down to Boxborough in cloudy, but muggy weather. Offered a joyful mysteries Rosary for the health of my wife and mom. Michelle is feeling muscle aches as a side effect of yesterday's treatments. Mom is hanging in there as she wraps up her chemo & radiation. Listened to Thomas à Kempis the rest of the drive.

Listened to more Thomas à Kempis on the drive back. Drove straight from the office to Golds where I took a Step & abs class followed by a muscle core class. Feeling fatigued in a good way, but so ready for a bit of dinner.
