Short Updates

Posted by Scott at 09:10 PM

Good morning! I'm waking up to the great news that I'm an uncle again. Congrats Suzanne Bilik Clausen and Brian Clausen on the birth of Erik Matthew. 1:27am?! Talk about "While You Were Sleeping"... ;-] Get some well deserved rest and enjoy your new bundle. 6:00am

Got the girls dropped off at school and then head down to the Boxborough office. Sunny but chilly morning. Offered a Rosary for the health of my wife & mom then listened to a little more "Anna Karenina", the 1st several chapters of part 7. These are a handful of chapters where one wonders where Tolstoy is going. Seems like a diversion from the story. Michelle's at the Milford Golds about to teach her 20/20/20 fitness class. 9:09am

Saw the perfect quote for Michelle when someone harasses her about our five kids: "I'm not trying to overpopulate the earth, just outnumber the idiots." [Luckily most folks are pretty supportive ...] 9:22am

"The Bible calls children blessings and debt a curse. Yet in our society we apply for curses and reject blessings. Something is wrong with this picture." --Unknown authorship. 9:34am

Walked with my boss to pick up a salad for lunch. Man! It is nice outside. It's probably a good thing I chose an office without windows. Then joined the GPU driver guys for lunch where topics ranged from motorcycle racing, to wood stoves, to woodworking, to MA vs NH taxes, etc. Hey, as long as no one said "perspective correction", "filtering", or "antialiasing" over lunch, I'm fine. 1:16pm

Had a nice drive home listening to "Anna". After reheating a quick dinner, got a call from Michelle to meet her and the kids at Haywards Ice Cream. Timothy's class had just finished their performances and they were going out for a treat. Ice cream? Twist my arm! 8:32pm

AT&T Takes a Commanding Lead... In Dropped Calls
