Another good day....hey, by the way, does my new nephew have a name, yet?? Remember, I am out of the loop down here in Normal.
Anyways, my teacher, Dr Jordan, from last semester asked me to present his research at the Undergraduate Research Symposium (did I spell that right?). This will look GREAT on my resume for when I decide to go to graduate school. I am very excited. Of coarse, when he asked me, I was thinking "are you crazy?? I have no time for this!!!!!!" but what he heard was "yes, Dr Jordan, I would be honored!" This is such a great opportunity for me. It's going to happen late in March, so I have some time. He was telling me I have to make some posters and power points which I'm okay at I guess. I'm sure Seth will have to help me make it look professional. If it were up to me, it would have pictures of Chris Farley on it. Thats not going to work, though. This was the same research I did with him in my Perceptual Lab Experimental Psychology course so I do know what I am talking about, amazingly. Maybe later I will bore all of you with what it all entails.
In other good news, I was finally accepted in to Psi Chi, the National Honors Society for psychology. This is another good accomplishment that will look great on the resume. I am very happy about this because I had to get enough A's to cancel out any C's I had in the past. There were times I thought I would never get the chance to get in, but now I have. And the best part is...I get honor cords to wear for grauation !!! :) :)
That's about all for me. I need to do some homework now. I miss everyone.
